Not even the right model!
I ordered this chair to work from home on Monday. Arrived today (Sunday). Not only was the box smashed, it wasn't even the same chair model! I ordered a mesh backrest, fabric seat with headrest, and adjustable armrests. It was bonded leather with no headrest, with flip-up armrests. Now I can't get a replacement (I can only hope and pray it's the right model) until SUNDAY NEXT WEEK!
