Excellent Product & Customer Service

The customer service team was very helpful, direct contact with product developers made improvements to be easy for us, but it has many different versions that make tracking down issues difficult sometimes.

I highly recommend this software - especially since our contract expired in April 2017! It gave us real time statistics so we could track where things were going wrong during peak times or slow periods. We have been able to implement solutions using the system and get immediate feedback through emails from support staff. Also helped keep employees accountable for work they had done which lead to more efficient systems overall.

  • That you can easily see what is happening throughout your entire network at once without having multiple tabs open up everywhere
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
