Review on SINGER Simple 3232 Sewing Machine with Built-In Needle Threader, 110 Stitch Applications for Easy Sewing - Perfect for Beginners, in White by Carol Miller

I bought a Singer 3232 and the bobbin is not working properly. I attach a photo of the thread (this is a white thread). When I turn on the machine and start sewing, it won't start. It seems to have stuck immediately. I had two experienced seamstresses helping me and they couldn't get it to work. Finally managed to start it manually and then use the pedal. Then the thread was pulled wrong. We refilled it several times and I watched the troubleshooting video and made sure it refilled properly. Both upper and lower thread. I have emailed support and have not received a reply. I want to either repair or send back. I will update my review as soon as I hear back and have a working machine.
