What a junk around

1) Bottom of "neck" is a threaded hole, then it sits on a plastic base, the bottom of the neck is attached to the plastic base plate with a screw. The threads don't match. They don't strip, they just don't screw in more than 1 turn before they snap into place. = Schrott2) On top of the neck there is a plastic holder for the camera. The first time I plugged the camera in, it broke. Apparently he carefully pushed it onto the clamps and the arrow, the whole plastic part of the holder broke off at the top of the neck = scrap3) The quality of the USB cable is simply breathtaking. The fit with my computer's USB port wasn't exactly snug, and in the 5 minutes I played with it it lost connection about 15 times. Move cable, no connection. Keep the cable steady but move the camera too fast, frozen. = Junk4) The program download link was 404 Not Found. That should be enough to stop you from getting interested in this product = rubbish 5) Reading the manual and website, I sincerely don't trust this company to access my computer's camera software and hardware, and definitely never will download an app to connect it to my wifi. Your phone or computer is loaded with malicious Chinese spam software etc. Tried for 40 minutes to drive a screw with the wrong thread into a hole. I almost tapped it until I tried the real part of the camera and 5 minutes later I packed it up and asked for a refund. this is Chinese in all its glory
