The ability for me as an analyst/data scientist working with this product daily it has been very helpful! I can easily find relevant information about my customers without having too much of code experience (which i do not have).
There are multiple ways that we could use these tools like creating our KPIs which allows us insight into how many people opened emails compared week over weeks etc.. This also helps when looking at trends because they allow quick analysis even if there isn’t enough historical records being pulled down yet so far nothing bad really comes out unless its something obvious such as wrong dates within reports.
