I haven't fully tested this product so I can't say if this thing can keep hot or cold liquids at the same temperature for long hours of time. But I do know according to their paperwork there are many of things that you can't store in this container, and there are many of activities that you can't involve this container in. Such as you can't store carbonated drinks, fruit juice, milk, and any fermented beverages; use only water, or neutral detergent to clean the bottle; do not use chlorine bleach or detergent ingredients; do not soak the bottle in water; use only soft cloth or sponge to clean inside & outside of the thermos; do not use rough material to wipe the thermos; do not put the thermos into microwave(while in use), dishwasher(while in use), and freezer(while on). And with that said I've only stored my Black Seed Oil within it. In which it seems to have preserved it.
