I have a carbon fiber hyper bike mountain bike with 29" wheels. Even though it's a mountain bike, I still want some kind of kickstand. And since it's carbon fiber, I have to be careful about how the stand is installed. Rear hub mounting was the best way, but few were built for 29" wheels. Even this stand by AUTOWT is designed for 29" wheels but I didn't have any options so I tried it and it worked. After installation, I lengthened the adjustable leg as much as possible. The bike is a little slimmer than usual, but it holds the bike no matter which way the front wheel is turned. It's very easy to ride, unobtrusive and stays down for trail riding. So far very satisfied. with this purchase!
