Way too small despite ordering large
I ordered 9mm so they would fit my lobes snugly but still have room to move and not be too tight. However I'm pretty sure they sent an 8mm because it was so snug it IMMEDIATELY CAUSED redness and swelling of a 12 year old healed lobe piercing. In the photo attached I have THIS brand in my lobe and a DIFFERENT brand in my cartilage. You can see the cartilage is fine without irriation, whereas the lobe is red and puffing.
