My son asked for these shoes for Christmas. He said it was a good shoe for lifting weights because of the flat bottom. They are difficult to put on as they are high. If you have a low muscle tone teen with fine motor skills, I recommend low-top sneakers. The shoes are well made and durable.

- I like the shoes very much. They are comfortable and fit well.
Cons
- This is nothing but the old style of Nike high-top sneakers. The sole is thin and of poor quality.
