This product came very well wrapped and all the items were intact without any scratches. The directions (all pictures) were somewhat challenging, such as whether to place the nuts towards the inside or outside of the tower. Ultimately, it went together easily and intuitively with no parts left over! The forward horizontal stabilizer at the bottom of the tower seems somewhat in the way when dismounting. If barefooted, I try to drop in front of it for a softer landing. Perhaps I need a closed cell foam mat underneath the tower for an easier dismount.
