No response or refund for returned item at my expense
My friend and I ordered these. After seeing my friend set up his spool as recommended, his motor would not start. General. He pulled and jerked his hand back violently until he injured his hand. I tried the same thing and ended up with the same result, the forearm looks like a hamstring tear. The item was returned after my refund request was accepted and the company did not provide a refund or response within a week. Shady company and bad business practices
