I bought this pan to see if I could use stainless steel and it's phenomenal. This pan is so versatile. I can cook chicken, braise beef ribs, roast and much more. This is great for one-pan meals. It arrived in perfect condition. It's easy to clean. I let the pot cool and then fill it with water. Most of the time I can clean it right after use without any problems. I have no problem cleaning stainless steel pans. When used correctly, it does not stick. I use medium or low medium fire. This is more than enough for a good stew or fry as it heats up well. The heat distribution is also good. I plan to switch to stainless steel in the future. It's very well done. I scratched the bottom but it was my fault and it still looks nice. He's down and no one can see him. It holds. It's very durable and can hold a lot of food, as you can see I put a whole butterfly chicken in it. It looks so beautiful. Excellent price. I photographed the pot after using and cleaning it a few times. I will find a friend who is a bartender so they will always be shiny and new. I hand wash them and dry them immediately to preserve them. It will take a long time I hope.
