My ISP recently increased my internet speed to 100Mbps, but I haven't seen network speeds close to that of my Windows Netbook 10. Further testing revealed a problem with my old USB 2.0 network adapter. The TechRise USB 3.0 Network Adapter was cheap enough to take the risk, and it paid off. It was a true plug and play experience - no Windows 10 drivers required. Now I can get full download speed on my netbook. To my surprise, it even worked on an outdated Windows XP laptop (at reduced speed) that only had USB 2.0 ports after installing the RealTek 8153 driver from the web.
