These clasps are better than I expected. I was able to easily fix a couple of old cabinets with magnetic latches that broke in a move a few months ago. Removed old locks and installed new ones. I was excited that they came with lots of screws. I pre-drilled my holes with the smallest bit possible and used them with great success. There were no instructions, but they might be in the item listing (I never checked). However, I found that the job was made much easier by first attaching a piece of metal to the door with two of the screws provided, closing the door, and then tracing the outline of the piece of magnet and marking where I needed to drill the holes.
