Review on 🦍 Enhanced Black Carbon Cage - XLAB Gorilla XT by Timothy Gonzalez

I was looking for a carbon fiber bottle cage that would be strong enough for my mountain bike. I have a Blackburn Camber CF bottle cage but it doesn't hold a bottle very well on mountain trails. I don't think it was built for off-road use. I wanted to buy a titanium cage from King but I found it kinda ugly. I really wanted carbon fiber. When I received this cage I was concerned that it would not fit my frame. The packaging says it's made specifically for the "XLAB Carbon Wing" and doesn't say anything about mounting to a bike frame. It installed perfectly on my 2009 Intense Tracer. I like the way it looks and it fits right on the bottle. The grip is pretty firm, so unless you really need the extra grip, you'll probably want to buy something else. I love it.
