Review on Black Plantronics Voyager Legend UC Bluetooth Headset - Retail Packaging by Jamar Gow

This is a love-hate relationship. These headphones work great. Works great with both my iPhone and my work phone. (I love that I can connect it to two devices.) The call quality is fantastic and the noise cancellation works very well. I love the case that comes with it (and love that the case has room for an earbud and dongle) and the battery life is amazing. I particularly like that the case has a separate battery that charges the handset and that you can charge the case and handset at the same time or separately. The handset has a slight learning curve (I wanted to hit the wrong button the whole time), but you get the hang of it in the end. I really like that I don't have to press a button to answer an incoming call. All I have to do is say "answer". The language selection works great too. So what's there to hate? This is extremely impractical! My ear really hurts. The part that goes behind the ear is too big, which pushes my ear out and causes ear pain. Maybe it would be ok if you were a taller man, but I'm a small woman and my ears are close to my head. He also wants to fall all the time. It's too big and just doesn't fit my ear. Having to put my hand to my ear to hold the handset defeats the purpose of the speakerphone. I like the idea of having an earloop as it seems like it will help her hold on better, but this one is way too big. Next time I buy Bluetooth headphones I will definitely look for one that has just a thin piece behind the ear. I highly recommend you to go to a store where you can try on this device before you buy it. Note.
