I really like this thing. I'm a thyroid patient losing everything. Or to put it more simply, a 30-year-old man with the memory of someone suffering from dementia. This item was purchased as a last resort. I read a review from another woman with the same problem as me. Where her forgetfulness caused quarrels with her husband. My forgetfulness caused fights, missed appointments, irretrievably lost car keys, it was bad. Now I'm losing things, hit the button and bingo. No more arguments. The thing is loud. I listen to it over and over. I have one for everything. I want to get paid earlier so I can buy more sooner. My only concern is that the adhesive needs to be stronger and the remote needs to be able to stick it to a wall or something else. The remote control is quite small and to be honest I can easily lose it. Luckily my husband attached velcro to the wall for the remote and hot glued the receivers together so the glue wouldn't fall off and lose the remote again.
