Good lamp, difficult to install
When removing the old lamp, make sure the aluminum crossbar screws remain on the output box. You will need them for the new crossbar. Additionally, it comes with a plastic case that you insert electrical cords into and then secure with a jeweler's flathead screwdriver. Couldn't turn the screws with a jeweler's screwdriver, even with pliers for extra strength. I cut their wires and manually attached them to my power cords. The device is beautiful, the wife is happy. I am exhausted.
