You can't offer 9 dBi gain. I've noticed almost identical antennas here and on eBay with ratings ranging from 2dBi to 15dBi. I'd say maybe 3dBi is generous on a good day - it doesn't double the signal strength that 3dBi is supposed to do. But 9dBi. no way! Maybe for a specific group. but what? I salute the FCC for allowing you to pick any number without telling you how or why you picked it.
