The most important thing I like about this software it's reliability for my business needs. Sometimes when we have issues with our system there will not always be support to fix them immediately so that's why its best to go with something reliable! Nothing really but if you're looking into using this then do yourself a favor by going through their demo first because they don't give you enough info at times which makes me feel annoyed. If you want someone who cares and has experience working with VoIP systems than definitely try out Vicidail. We were able solve many problems such as having too much downtime due to lack of resources and staff.
