Description of VICIdial

VICIdial is an enterprise class, open source, contact center solution with predictive dialer capabilities. It can handle inbound, outbound, and blended phone calls, as well as inbound email and customer website chat, all within the same agent screen. VICIdial can be installed on your own hardware or you can use our hosted service. It is extremely flexible and scalable. A large VICIdial installation can handle over two million(2,000,000) phone calls per day, with over five hundred(500) agents handling calls and internet communications from customers. There are also over two thousand(2,000) settings and configuration options, allowing easy customization of distinct call flows, agent permissions and other settings.

A dependable voip solution & customer service

The most important thing I like about this software it's reliability for my business needs. Sometimes when we have issues with our system there will not always be support to fix them immediately so that's why its best to go with something reliable! Nothing really but if you're looking into using this then do yourself a favor by going through their demo first because they don't give you enough info at times which makes me feel annoyed. I was having trouble setting up my business phone number for Google voice and ended up contacting them.

They told me that my problem could be fixed by purchasing additional minutes. However, they also gave me information on how I could get my unlimited minutes for free. I am a student and do not have much money. I was impressed that they offered me help for no cost. I am still trying to figure out how to take advantage of the free minutes, but I will keep checking back for updates. They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently!
