They told me that my problem could be fixed by purchasing additional minutes. However, they also gave me information on how I could get my unlimited minutes for free. I am a student and do not have much money. I was impressed that they offered me help for no cost. I am still trying to figure out how to take advantage of the free minutes, but I will keep checking back for updates. They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently! I had an issue and asked if there was any way it could be resolved. Within seconds they responded saying "We're looking into this right now." Then within another minute or two they said they were sorry, and would resolve it as soon as possible. They even went above and beyond the call of duty, giving me some other helpful tips while waiting for their tech guy to fix things. If you ever run across something like this, try them first because it really pays off! Thanks guys!!
