When we got our new dishwasher they recommended using this product to keep the dishes as dry as possible. I hate drying dishes when it's supposed to, so we gave it a try. To be honest we were very satisfied! It's not foolproof, some minimal drying has yet to happen, but way better than when it ends. There is a small window where you fill that shows when it's done, but I just wait until the dishes are noticeably wetter at the end of the cycle and then refill and enjoy less drying!
