I really like this tablet. The box itself has a seal, and as soon as you open it, the seal says 'Void'. I'm glad to know that no one has used this before. I received it yesterday and it was already at 95% battery life. It's super light. My 15 month old can handle it with no problem. She had already dropped it on the wooden floor and walked straight on it. So far it still works and is undamaged. This tablet has been on since 6am playing back-to-back episodes of The Mickey Mouse Club. We took a few breaks from working with the tablet. It is 6:00 p.m. and the battery level is 22%. I didn't expect the tablet to still work, but it does. The speaker is quite loud. I hear it when the TV is on. The tablet came with everything on the list. Rubber case, charger, stylus, 2 straps (can't wait to try it in the car) and 2 year warranty! I love the case in which it comes. It's thick and the ridges on the back make it very comfortable to handle and hold. The handle can be used as a stand. I'm still trying to figure out how to get it so she can't exit the app without the code. I'll try contacting support to see if they can help. And I will try to update this review. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with my purchase
