I have over 10 USB sticks. I bought it on 09/22/2020. It seems like finding the "Contact Seller" button would be easy, but it seems to be a common practice. I only bought this because my other Sandisk had a broken key ring. Since it's plastic, I bought a metal one. This has never happened before, but after I downloaded my research papers from another USB stick, it stopped responding. Acrobat Reader, Word, Excel, etc. PDF documents become unresponsive at least twice an hour when opened. I then have the task of closing and reopening it. It's slowly being recognized by my computers. I plug it in and it takes up to 45 seconds for it to see it. Then I save documents to other USB drives and they stay open, don't crash, etc. What happens to that USB drive? Many Thanks.
