I was having trouble with the fridge and wanted to control the temperature so I bought this to keep an eye on. When I put it in the fridge and waited about an hour, I checked and it said 60 degrees. I knew the fridge wasn't working properly, but I also knew it certainly wasn't that warm inside. I tested it with my measuring probe and found it 10 degrees too hot. I couldn't find a way to manually set it for accuracy, so here we go. I bought a digital one that also records high and low tempos and it was pretty accurate.
