Gives your iPad Pro a laptop feel

I had experience with similar iPad Pro keyboards so I had little to no hesitation in deciding to purchase this keyboard. I have a similar Chesona keyboard for the iPad Pro 10.5 and while it was beautiful and functional, it was too heavy for normal use. This keyboard case (iPad Pro 12.5) is quite lightweight, reminiscent of the lightweight Mead Trapper Keeper. There is a magnetic closure so when you travel with the case you can feel that your iPad is safe if you drop it. I like that it has a backlight. I like that it glows in multiple colors. i am a big kid I don't use the trackpad very often, but when I did use it, it worked fine. However, I had to turn it off because you could accidentally click on it and it would mess up your cursor position. However, it's easy to turn it off. The keyboard has all the traditional key combinations you are used to, just like a standard laptop keyboard. You can also control volume, forward, backward, play, pause, iPad brightness and more right from your keyboard. The keyboard doesn't look cheap either. I had no trouble typing and didn't feel like it was too small. It's a decent size but not overly powerful. Here are some cons that might be of interest. 1) There are no multiple positions where you can place an iPad with the case attached. There is only one position and it works great for me but might bother others. Covers of this type usually have 3 positions. 2) For some reason the flap you open to put the iPad back in place like a regular laptop is flush with the back of the case. I'm trying to remember exactly how to pull it down. There's a notch, but there's a kind of awkward folding that's incomprehensible to the mind. This may not be a problem for you, but it is both intuitive and non-intuitive at the same time. Finally, the price is good. I would never spend money on officially branded Apple accessories, so the opportunity to pick up a worthy competitor at half the price was ideal. Overall I would recommend the Touchpad Keyboard Case if you are a college student or just someone who wants the feel of a laptop with your iPad Pro but doesn't actually have a laptop.
