Overall I liked this product so much that I ordered a second one to use elsewhere. I like its small size for a tower, its potential horizontal use seems to be a plus (although that's not my case), and I *LOVE* that when it's turned back on it continues with the settings that were in effect at the time were off (unless power is disabled). Numerous reviews state that the heater does not appear to wobble. However, ingeniously (and it's not clear in the description or manual) it is not the outer body of the heater that rotates, it is the INNER mechanism that rotates when oscillation is required! I think that's an advantage because... Safer: Heated air is exhausted, but there is less potential exposure from the OUTSIDE of the device to nearby overheated objects, and the device is more compact to use. The "Eco" operating mode, as described in the instructions, is completely inadequate, seems both attractive and not flexible enough, as I understand it. When in use, it regulates the temperature satisfactorily to a FIXED room temperature of 70F to 75F; Apparently, while other target temperatures can be 'chosen', these settings are ignored in 'Eco' mode. As mentioned in other comments, the temperature settings are only adjusted in 5 degree increments.
