This software has been very easy for our staff members who are new at using this kind of system, it's so intuitive! They can figure out how everything works in no time (our previous ticketing was quite complicated). It also allows us many customization options which we found beneficial as well since each department within miuros had their own way they wanted things done differently than other departments or even different people from same organization would prefer something else over others. I wish there were more support available via live chat feature but overall great product if you're looking into having one place where employees will be able have access tickets when needed without needing multiple applications/apps open etc..
