Review on πŸ”₯ High Performance Chrome BBR Tuning F2 Thrust Exhaust Muffler by Josh Zuvers

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I'm not thrilled, just look at the pictures.

I am not satisfied. There is a hole at the bottom of the exhaust pipe to which the spike's tail is welded. Also, the rear of the Stinger is not welded straight, but bent right at the wheel rim, which after 2 minutes is covered with oil, causing the rear brake to fail. there is also no chrome on the inside diameter of the neck. I ground down the flange to make it as accurate as possible but it still didn't work. I ended up having to use two gaskets, one of which was a Toyota Highlander O2 oxygen sensor gasket and the gasket they supplied together. I sealed the hole at the bottom of the exhaust pipe with JB welding ☹️. My only other option for the spike's tail is to saw it off and weld it back on. In terms of performance, the standard silencer without an end cap was unfortunately better. I can't believe I paid this amount for such an amazing job. I would try going through the process to get another one. I just lost my confidence, most importantly I had to do what I did just to put it on, I'm afraid the replacement will be worse. Once again I overpaid for what I went through and what you will get. I'm still very excited, I get sad every time I watch it.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
