Better than I expected but be careful not to burn your leg

This thing increased my bike's performance significantly and got noisy. I'm almost afraid it's too loud, I have a decibel meter and it reads 108 decibels. I think healthy exercise requires a maximum of 95 decibels. I'm just waiting to be stopped about this, I've passed several officers on the street and haven't been stopped yet. Until I do, I will ride it loud and proud. FTP!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Get the same exhaust from another manufacturer

it's quite heavy as it has no welded fasteners. looks like someone learned to weld in the process. And then painted from the spray can. It's very poorly made for a $50-60 part. Other than that, this is the best expansion chamber I've ever bought for my bikes. The only one around was the frame expansion tank shroud, and its top end isn't as high as that muffler. My other silencers are also better processed. This differs only in shape and works best. NOISY.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Disappear

Productive but noisy

It's a lot louder than the stock muffler, but I can say it adds a lot of power, the welds are ugly berries and there's wire everywhere. I didn't just drive it up and down the driveway, but it was only during this drive that I noticed a sharp increase in torque. and I use a standard carburetor and air filter with no reeds. I have an optional 48mm piston and cylinder short stroke engine I'm building and a 48mm long stroke engine but I need to get a 40mm inlet for them but overall I'm happy with…

It's loud, but it really boosts the power!

I knew it was loud, but I've also seen a lot of people with pretty great success. If it's that good, I don't care how loud it is. So I installed it and was on my way. My upper limit increased by about 3-5 mph and I got better in the mid-range. I am very happy with the performance. I wrapped fiberglass tape around the pipe after burning my foot. The tape fixed everything. Now noise. I thought I could take a lot of noise. I like loud whistles. But once installed, I was literally embarrassed to…

  • Consistent test results

  • So far so good

Poor quality control

I bought the F2 Thrust because the exhaust that came with my engine kit was interfering with the fender on my front wheel when cornering. This exhaust has no soundproofing, so it's noisy. It can be a minus or a plus. The metal is thin. Welds look ugly. The flange has warped due to too much heat during welding. Welding around the flange interfered with the mounting bolts. My package was missing fasteners. I had to bend the tube a bit by hand to fit my frame. I used a belt sander to level the…

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Doubt

I'm not thrilled, just look at the pictures.

I am not satisfied. There is a hole at the bottom of the exhaust pipe to which the spike's tail is welded. Also, the rear of the Stinger is not welded straight, but bent right at the wheel rim, which after 2 minutes is covered with oil, causing the rear brake to fail. there is also no chrome on the inside diameter of the neck. I ground down the flange to make it as accurate as possible but it still didn't work. I ended up having to use two gaskets, one of which was a Toyota Highlander O2 oxygen

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Crazy Loud, Moderate Power Boost

Contrary to some here, the welds on my pipe were in fair condition; no holes in the welds or anything like that. The pipe looked like it wouldn't line up, but the installation went smoothly. I recommend using the included hardware to brace the tail so you don't break the block where the tube meets it as that tube is long and creates a lot of torque on those bolts. This tube is incredibly loud, the decibel figures from the bikeberry.com test do not match it. Some of my friends are afraid to…
