The scissors are highly polished, which I think is useful for cleaning. Careful examination showed that the turnbuckle was slotted. The scissors come with a very thin metal tool that looks round with protruding tabs that supposedly needed to be tightened and fit into two slots. I spent 30-40 minutes assembling and setting it up with no success. I also realized that if I lose a small tool, I'm unlucky. I also realized I would never have the patience to regulate stress in a work situation and returned them for a refund. I scratched this sign, will not buy again.
