This tutu exceeded my expectations, it is soft and full, it has many layers of tulle and after I separated the layers individually it looks like a ballet tutu.

- So perfect for my 10 month old baby girl but still has room to grow β€οΈ

- The diaper cover may not be absorbent enough to prevent leaks
