NEW EDIT 5/18. First let me say that if you have an old screen protector that is just a piece of clear glass, ASK FOR A RENEWAL. I will attach an image but it has black outlines just like your CRV screen. So as soon as it got hot here in New England, the screen protector started to fail, as most other reviewers have noted. I emailed LiFan through Revain and told them about the failed product. They sent me another one for free without hesitation. The newly sent protective glass was made differently. It has clear cutouts for the options and screen, while everything else has a black outline. Before the product, there was only a transparent sheet of glass. When I applied the new screen protector, it had more adhesive than the previous product. Instead of sticking slowly like other screen protectors, it just sticks like sticky tape. So be careful when installing as the glass is difficult to remove without breaking. So far, this new screen protector has withstood higher temperatures than the previous one. If this one fails, I'll be sure to mention it. But don't forget to get an upgraded screen protector. 12/17 Good product. I will write how to install this product. But firstly I don't understand why people give bad reviews because they don't know how to put a protective glass on. This makes others shy away from buying a completely different product. Assembly instructions: 1. Clean the screen with the supplied alcohol preparation. Then clean the wet spot with the supplied microfiber cloth. It is important to remove dust and dirt from the screen.2. Remove the protective glass from the packaging. Now place the suction cup in the UPPER RIGHT corner of the front of the protective glass. Make sure it has good suction.3. Remove the film from the back of the protective film and DO NOT TOUCH THE ADHESIVE ON THE BACK. Hold the edges with one hand and the suction cup with the other. (Before this step, you should verify that the product is cut to fit your screen. 4. Insert the volume control through the single hole in the protective glass. 5. There are two ways to complete this step. What I did is: Align peel off the screen protector on the car window and use a suction cup to start installing the glass screen from right to left, it should look like a smooth wave sticking the screen protector from right to left, you start from the right and the glass screen protector starts sticking on the left or in the middle, you will get air bubbles under the screen.Start the attaching process from the left side.Hold the right side of the screen protector with the suction cup and make sure it attaches in a smooth wave from left to right Follow these instructions and you will give this product 5 stars too!
