I liked most of their features, such as online appointment scheduling, patient portal to view medical records etc., however they could improve some areas like navigation for patients or families that are not familiar with the website. We have been able to use this software in order to help our clients receive appointments more efficiently by providing easy access through an app called "Scheduler". This has helped us provide better service to all of our customers. It also helps streamline communication between us and them so we can keep track of any questions/concerns during appointments.
