I liked most of their features, such as online appointment scheduling, patient portal to view medical records etc., however they could improve some areas like navigation for patients or families that are not familiar with the website. I like that it has an automatic reminder for patients to come in with their flu shot each year, so if they miss one time doesn't matter too much since another will be given out at next visit! It's easy enought access via smartphone or computer as well - great way of keeping records up when away from office site/facility etc., which keeps me organized while working remotely sometimes during COVID19 crisis!!
