Advertised part 90 certified but FCC record does not match identification number on radio. Seller does not respond to this issue - I think this provides an answer. The radio itself works very well so far, the programming software is hard to come by and gives some malware warnings but works well and the included programming cable connects to Windows 10 (25w) fairly accurately, but it's also very compact, the color display is nice, built-in speaker is good, programmable function keys on the microphone are very convenient, true dual-band scanning is great. Good radio, please correct the type approval and reply to your customers' messages.
