All in all a good product as described.

This is a reliable product that can solve my problems. I have a MacBook Air M1 with Mac and a desktop PC with Windows 10, I have a nice Filco keyboard and a Logi mouse (with wireless receiver), I want to split them into two computers and this switch can do that purpose well fulfill. I think all these USB 3.0 switches use the same solution (IC), only the outer box and port layout are different. This switch works well in both of these areas. The box is made of aluminum, while the competition mainly uses plastic. This switch has two USB ports on the back and two USB ports on the front, allowing you to easily place your devices, while competitors can place 4 ports on the front. This switch has an IR receiver that the competition doesn't have, but I don't use it since the switch sits on my desk and I can easily reach the select button. By the way, this switch has a better logo design than the competition, it's important if this device is on your desk, you don't want an ugly logo on your desktop. Overall I like this switch, sometimes it may not switch USB successfully as I mentioned before, I think other switches in the market can't switch successfully every time either. Not so hot what's up.
