I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy! It's VERY SLOW! The whole point of my purchase was to be faster than my 7 year old Dell laptop. It's not like this. This laptop loaded faster than a Chromebook. And it loads web pages, emails, email attachments, documents, images, etc. Filling out a web form to do this, forget it, I had to switch to another device. I actually googled and that's the thing about this Chromebook. The boards are being told to do a few upgrades and speeds to accommodate it, but they haven't. Not worth the money. After that I bought an Acer Chromebook and it's phenomenal. It really does what it's supposed to.
