I'm glad I didn't buy this based on the reviews or I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. I'm a longtime user of packages and have always made my own. This involved a lot of work and confusion. For $45 I wondered what I had to lose. I'm happy to report that the only thing I lost was what I had to lose from using the castor oil compress. I haven't used it for a long time and am very happy to use it again. From the moment I put it on, it blew my mind. I even forgot I had it, it was so convenient to use. No mess. Not sure what others got as the straps on mine were unusable and fine. I am by no means a little girl. Not even close. I slept very comfortably with it. In fact, it's the best I've slept in a long, long time. I can't confirm any experiences other than my own and am wondering if others have had belt quality control issues? Anyway I was willing to try this if the straps didn't work because I didn't have to make my own and use plastic etc. I can't recommend it more. I can't wait to use it again and I'm grateful this product exists because I will actually be using packs again and again. Hooray!
