gave 1 star because the device works without even being in the water. While easy to install and set up, it's useless to me as there's no sensitivity adjustment and the device turns off seemingly randomly. I wanted to use it in my enclosed sump and even made a screen to prevent accidental triggering from splashes/spray but it's no use. The sensor has been removed from the swamp and is currently on the ground next to the closed swamp, completely removed from any possible splashes or splashes, and it still triggers randomly. disappointed to say the least.
