Useful for measuring trailer tongue weight
After adding a 48 inch cargo box holding up to 200 lbs to the front of the cargo trailer and a steel spare wheel in the tongue area, I was curious how much the trailer weighed that scale was for ideal. The result was well under the trailer's 240-pound limit, but that's why it's better to know than guess. The scale was the best way to go. With no fixed weights lying around, I weighed myself to check accuracy and it was accurate.
