I cannot print some letters completely even after pressing 20 times. Once it's compressed, it doesn't move any further, which is only beneficial if you intend to print it more than once. If it doesn't go any further, you have to push it through and align the last letter in the window. Another thing, I read a complaint about a misleading description that said you would get 10...not one. I didn't see it, it may have been removed. Anyway I was surprised when I actually got 10 when it arrived today. I only wanted one. So even if I could get it to print, I would never use it all. If anyone knows Labeler works I'd love to know. My labeling machine is metal - model 1570. I assumed it would be sturdy and would work. Should I have used aluminum?
