These shoes are amazing for any type of training regimen. The grip is one of the best I've experienced which makes it great for outdoor runs. Through trial and error, I found that these shoes offered great support compared to other running shoes that I've tried .Comfortable to wear for prolonged period of time, perfect for Sports and Outdoors activities. The only con would be that they are on the pricier side but the quality and durability make it worth the investment..
