This cooler replaces an old water cooler I had for many years. The design of pressing the buttons is simple compared to holding the lever. But sometimes the water hardly seeps through. Hot water flows out and disappears forever. The reason we have a machine is cold/cold water. This also does NOT apply. There is also NO way to lower the temperature. My box seemed to have been opened before even though I bought and paid for a brand new one. I am NOT satisfied with the purchase.
