I'm using an Apple 10A charger with this cable and it seems to me that the battery is NOT charging while gaming. This isn't the biggest issue for me though, as it slows down the WATCH's battery drain. My longest gaming session, around 10 hours, went well and if I remember correctly the battery was at two dots on the charge indicator. (50% to 25%) I can't speak for the Oculus Link portion of this product because as a consumer I forgot to look for a Type-C to Type-C cable. TL; DR - Quest 2 is not charged at the time of use and I have not been able to test the link's capabilities.
