We run a rescue operation for kittens and cats, so we have to bring a lot of cat litter to the curb, which also means a lot of weight. We ripped the wheels out from under a medium-duty 40-gallon canister that couldn't hold all the junk anyway. I settled on two smaller heavy 32 gallon cans and a set of wheels. The canisters seem to hold up better and I'm happy with my choice because not only does it work well for us, but the 32-gallon bags are cheaper. Today, most of the junk ends up in the tank with the wheels, and the lighter tank is relatively easy to pull onto the curb without moving the wheels at all. I'll probably buy another set of wheels to ride underneath after kitty season is over and we have more money to spend.
