I bought this to put a bottle cage on the handlebar. Like most Topeak stuff, it's well made. However, it was too big for my handlebars and too small for my down tube. Another significant limitation, especially when using the steering wheel, is that it only rotates in 90-degree increments. The Minoura can be rotated in approximately 4 degree increments. I have used one of these on a Vespa scooter for about 7 years and it still works. I have just added a second ibe to my e-bike.
