He has problems. for accessories

I really liked the idea. But found that it doesn't charge my phone with the case I had (case on the back for my ID). So I turned the case on and off every time I wanted it to charge. Currently. After 2-3 weeks it just stopped sticking to the window and fell off. I reconnected. it fell again. So now it's pointless. I don't want my new phone to fall without a case.
