I bought this set of 3 replacement Shark S3501 Steam Mops which I bought at the same time based on the recommendation of other buyers that it is good to have an extra one. If I thought I wouldn't because the mop comes with 2 washable pads. I just used a replacement today and found they don't fit the frame even though the model I bought is listed as the one that fits them! Even with a strong pull, the Velcro fasteners do not close. I tried using it without the clasp but of course it just slips off. Since I missed the return date I need to find a way to attach them, like some strips of velcro to extend the clasps. Very frustrating!
